Dr. Biswas is one of the best endocrinologists I have ever consulted. He explained my diabetes condition very clearly and made a treatment plan that actually worked. My HbA1c came down from 10.2 to 6.8 in just 4 months. Very humble and knowledgeable doctor.

Exceptional doctor. Very professional and caring. My son had growth-related issues and Dr. Biswas gave a thorough evaluation with proper hormone testing. The diet and medicine plan he prescribed showed visible improvement within 2 months. The clinic staff is also very supportive.

Dr. Biswas is a gem of a doctor. He diagnosed my adrenal disorder correctly when 3 other doctors had missed it. His depth of knowledge in endocrinology is outstanding. Tests are affordable and results are accurate. I travel from Murshidabad every month just to see him.

Health Tips & Care Guides

Simple, doctor-approved guides to help you manage your health better at home.

🩸

Blood Test Preparation

How to prepare correctly for accurate blood sugar results

1

Fasting Test: Do not eat or drink (except water) for at least 8 hours before the test. Ideally done in the morning.

2

PP (Postprandial) Test: Eat a normal meal, then wait exactly 2 hours before giving blood. Do not eat or drink anything in between.

3

HbA1c Test: No fasting required. This reflects your average blood sugar over 3 months — can be done at any time.

4

Bring all previous reports and a list of current medications to your appointment.

How to Take Insulin

Step-by-step guide for correct insulin injection at home

1

Before injection: Wash your hands thoroughly. Check the insulin vial or pen for clarity and expiry.

2

Wipe with alcohol swab and allow to dry fully before injecting (90° or 45° angle based on body area).

3

Inject slowly and keep the needle in for 10 seconds before removing to prevent insulin leakage.

4

Rotate injection sites — abdomen, thigh, arm or back. Never inject in the same spot repeatedly.

🧘

Yoga & Healthy Lifestyle

Key habits to control diabetes, thyroid and weight naturally

1

Daily yoga & exercise improve insulin sensitivity, boost immunity and reduce body weight significantly.

2

Stress reduction through meditation lowers cortisol — a key hormone that worsens diabetes and thyroid function.

3

Morning yoga: Practice on an empty stomach for best results. Focus on pranayama, and simple asanas.

4

Sleep 7–8 hours every night. Poor sleep directly disrupts hormone balance and blood sugar regulation.
